usually there's an e-mail link at the bottom of a spam mail.
Just send them an e-mail and ask to be removed.
However, you might want to think about it first. If you respond, you're flagged as an active account - and people trade e-mail lists. It might be better to add the domain to a black list in your e-mail client and just ignore them.....
