    How can spiders walk up walls and on ceilings without gravity pulling them off?

    cuz they're very light, and they have sticky feet. They're attaced to the verticle surface, but the thin, silky thread coming out of their body, so when/ if they are attacked and going to fall, they have that thread as a safety net.
    Spiders have a special brush of hairs on their legs allowing them to adhere to surfaces so they can walk upside down.
    Magic. The lesser know way that spiders do stuff...
