    what can i add to make my gardensoil not so muddy?

    Its a drainage problem, plenty of sharp sand and manure of straw which will break down and open up the pores and make the soil free draining
    First find the cause I suspect poor land drainage or seepage from ajaycent houses.Is it a new house? There should not be a problem with water/mud at the moment as with the lack of rain the water tables in Warrington are very low.
