      I said it before and I'll say it again. Freedom of Speech means freedom for everyone. Just because you disagree doesn't mean one side should be censored. Good and Evil are determined by perspective.

        Good and evil are NOT just determined by perspective. They're determined more by actions and racists have exhibited some very evil, and ugly behavior both here in the U.S. and abroad.

        Freedom of speach is necesssary in a free world. Where would we be if every thing we say and do is edited. It was once thought that Black people were evil, women were not worthy of equal pay, gay people are child molesters,etc.,etc., etc. There will always be bad people saying bad things about someone or something. Good and evil are usually decided by ones racists understanding of life. Racist thinking is taught, not something we wre born with. Sometimes people need to say bad things so we can see their ignorance.

          No. But I have heard of the first amendment. It doesn't give one the right to yell "fire" in a crowded movie theater.

          There is a difference between freedom of speech and racist comments. Very few of the latter get through, or if they do they are voted down.

            Its called freedom of speech..and we can say just about anything we want to, also called opinions..which pretty much amount to the same thing..we all have the same right to share those via web sites whether they are racist or not, or to pick out, tell jokes or whatever against any nationality we choose..because we are allowed to.

                    Because some people are just FED UP with those people who play the RACE CARD whenever someone criticizes Barack Obama or his policies. AND I'M ONE OF THEM.

                    So, if I hear ANYONE moaning and groaning to me about racism and bigotry I make sure I to do ALL I CAN to annoy them.

                    They most likely voted for that clown.

                      The think people forget is that Obama is not black. He is mixed race. 1/2 black, 1/2 white. Early in his campaigning, he complained the people saw him as a black man and disregarded the white part of him. When asked about it, he said he would rather be seen as a white man. He is not the hero of the black people, they just think he is.

                      @ shubee, I believe TSC has an issue with the race. BUT there was the vote that akaQA would not be censored and would allow freedom of speech. What TSC puts out can be offensive at times but it's not much different than offensive comments that some Christians have made towards me likening me to the devil. I've never seen anyone stand up against that (without me having to mention it first). Is it OK to view a non believer of the bible as a spawn of Satan because it can't be fit into the racists mold? Are we to be cherry pickers and only stand up against one and not the other?

                      Colleen, I understand your point and certainly I'm not trying to get on the issue of freedom of speech. I am also the one who stands up too. I finally voted him down because I could see his intentions on many threads were not healthy as you agreed.

                      There's a question on the section labelled Sex & I quote in simplification"why do whiteman like black woman when the blackwoman are not attractive."Is that also a joke?I think it sounded deep with strong feelings of racism.

                          I agree with you Jessica, I had the same question and I had a bunch of JERKS talking about the first amend. also. It's ok to speak freely ,but you don't have to put people down and hurt their feelings. Just tell these idiots they don't have to respond , just move on. I love all people, Mexicans, White, Black, ALL people the way God intended.

                          Freedom of speech...as far as jokes...I'm Irish and there are plenty of jokes about us...so get over your self and stop making everything people say all about "you". We all love a good joke that's why we have soooo many stand up comedians.
                          as far as Race it depends on whos saying what...if a black says something about a "honky", "Cracker", etc. is all fun and games, if a white person says something about a "Spook" or use the "n" word it's throw the race cards out. Same the about Mexicans, they talk about whites all the time, bad thing is most you can't even understand because they choose to talk in front you "behind your back" so to speak.
                          So do not tell me what i can and NOT say because it could make me a racist, Blacks and Hispanics are the biggest racists of ALL.
