Have you had any issues with the Electrolux Professional EVP30?
Is there an manual available? I work in a small workshop that produces artisanal meat delicacies. We’ve hit a snag: our main vacuum sealer, the Electrolux Professional EVP30, has started leaking air. During the sealing cycle, the pressure doesn't drop to the required level, so the bags remain half-empty. My colleagues and I have inspected the lid seal, but it appears the problem is deeper, possibly in the internal tubes or the pump itself. We have a large shipment scheduled for tomorrow, but the machine is half-disassembled and no one knows how to access the valve without damaging the housing.
