      itsmee, try logging out and logging in again. I can see all your questions and answers. Have you deleted your cookies and rebooted your computer lately?

        reboot is turn the computer off and then on?


        I've never known what cookies are.

          I had it happen to me, I did what Colleen said close everything and reboot your computer.
