      I wouldn't feed the birds as you more than likely will kill them... Try ringing a Bird place, Wildlife shelter or something like that. They should either ask you to bring the chicks in or at least tell you where to get help for them.

        You shouldn't feed the new-born birds as their mother finds food but DONT GIVE THEM NUTS they will choke on them and die :(
