        Most hair driers have a TRIP SWITCH if it gets over heated and will shut down. This was meant to prevent fires. If you let it cool down you'll be able to start it up again.

        I'm not aware of how hot it has to get to trip that switch.

          This is not relavent to games why do you ask? It depends on the watage, it can be very hot but it probably has a safety overload switch for protection.
