A couple of decades ago, Timezone's Walt Odets called the Mark XII "every non-pilot's favorite pilot's watch" (that he's a licensed pilot and former commercial aviator just gave the link observation additional teeth). Technical watches nowadays – and this has been true for a very long time – no longer exist link so much to serve a particular group of link working professionals, as they do to give us a sense of connection to a particular group of working professionals.

A few weeks ago, in our Vintage Journal I mentioned the 6263 vs 6265 conundrum. For the screw-down pusher variety, my vote goes to the ref. 6265 with the steel bezel and black dial combination, just like the one link we had offered at link the Shop. It's a fantastic link looking watch, and rightfully so, we had to say goodbye pretty much as soon as we listed the watch.
