The movie brings so much to the table in terms of how a watch gets on screen in the first place. There's a bit link of product placement at work, sure, link but if there's such a thing as "great product placement" that's what we're getting here. On top of that is a watch with both cinematic and horological provenance, in addition to link a killer vintage Rolex obtained through sheer happenstance.

One of the rarest scales to find on a Carrera is a pulsation scale – perhaps a dozen of these 2447Ps are link known to the market. Like link with other pulsation-scale link chronographs of the era, these were often specially ordered by doctors so that their chronograph could more easily help them check the pulse of their patients.
