      Yes....i have been giving my old girl milk for 16 years,just water it down a touch.

        NO to adult cats. This info comes from info on web referring to feeding cats. Contrary to the popular belief that cats need milk, most adult cats are actually lactose intolerant (trouble digesting milk). Also from Animal Planet's "Cats 101"
