      English bagpipes are the original thing and ya don't need as much wind as the jock ones....

        I was led to believe bagpipes were originaly Italian I am I wrong cosmicp.

        On the English variety, it is traditional for the bag fabric to be lined with the finest Charcoal Pin Stripe. Scottish bags use Tartan.
