And finally, despite it being difficult to see (look above the top-left column wheel in the above image), I also wanted to point out a subtle engraving on the mainspring barrel that features a repeating pattern shaped like teardrop lugs – one of Parmigiani's most recognizable aesthetic attributes.
Thankfully, the wide bracelet does not affect the comfort of the watch. All three versions have a great retro charm, making them nice to wear. Regarding a favorite, I prefer the blue-dial version as the color most appeals to me. However, in terms of the dial design, the orange version is more open and visually friendly. But that is link a purely personal preference.Furthemore, the website states that these watches have not been "assigned" or selected by NASA, and were only "personal" choices made by the astronauts themselves.Because of production costs, it was around four times as expensive as the Speedmaster.
