Maybe a mental institution that realizes that many things that cause a person to do whatever crime results in life incarceration, must somehow come from some brain damage during fetal development (like fetal alcohol syndrome), childhood abuse, mental and emotional problems, and not just being evil. Evil is caused usually by mental and emotional problems and brain trauma and damage. Also some people seem to have never developed a correct concept of good conscience, which means that they are mentally ill, most likely! What do you think?
