What Are Tungsten Carbide Wear Tiles Used For?

Tungsten carbide wear tiles are protective plates installed on equipment surfaces that face severe abrasion, impact, or sliding friction. They are widely used in mining, cement plants, steel mills, power plants, and bulk material handling systems. By acting as a protective barrier, tungsten carbide tiles prevent premature wear on chutes, hoppers, crushers, and conveyor systems, significantly extending equipment life and reducing maintenance downtime.
