      If she can get around a computer like my 4 year old niece, just teach her on a computer chess site. You can also buy electronic chess games as well as the good old fashioned chess board from toys R us or somewhere like that. Good luck.

        If your granddaughter is THAT interested in the game of Chess TEACH HER how its played. At that age she must be one smart little girl.

          She can play on Yahoo.com. Different levels of competition. Just be careful because text messages can be sent back and forth. Unfortunately, there are a lot of pedophiles out there.
