Don't worry, this is a very common and easily fixable issue! The Gogogo Sport Vpro, like most quality rangefinders, has a diopter adjustment ring. This is the small ring surrounding the eyepiece that you can rotate.
Here’s how to fix it:
Remove the lens cap from the eyepiece.
Point the rangefinder at a plain, neutral background (like a blank wall or the sky).
Look through the eyepiece and slowly rotate the diopter adjustment ring clockwise or counterclockwise.
Continue adjusting until the red LCD numbers and the crosshair become sharp and clear. The surrounding view might be slightly out of focus, and that's normal. The priority is the sharpness of the digital display.
This simple calibration personalizes the rangepiece to your individual eyesight, much like binoculars.
