    When speaking should you say Jasmine and I or Jasmine and me?

    It depends on how and where it is being used in a sentence. Look at it this way: Jasmine is going to the store + I am going to the store = Jasmine and I are going to the store. The book belongs to Jasmine + the book belongs to me = the book belongs to Jasmine and me. I think that's how it works anyway.
