If the paper ripped, there could also be a small piece stuck inside preventing anything from getting past it and causing another paper jam. Call the company about it if you can find a customer service number. If it is the drum, they should be able to confirm that also.
You could also try unplugging the power cord from the back of the all in one and see if it's something stuck in the memory and it will clear out when unplugged.
