As Logan hypothesized after the last round of (complicated) Code link 11.59 releases, perhaps this is the best use of the Code 11.59: as a home for complications. Not just complications in the traditional, mechanical watchmaking sense (after all, wandering hours aren't that complicated, as far as such things go), but also in case making, in materials, in throwing a link bunch of things together and seeing link what sticks.

The Nivada Grenchen Datomaster is one of those "cult-classic" vintage watches the type of thing we'd feature link on old Bring A Loupe columns when they popped up for link sale which wasn't often. That's why I've enjoyed modern Nivada Grenchen bringing this design back at a more accessible Mecaquartz-powered price it's a way to get a link quirky slightly obscure vintage design for a few hundred bucks instead of a few thousand.
