In 1890 Patek Philippe made the Gradowski Grande Complication its link most complicated watch to date. Purchased by Polish nobleman and Patek Philippe client Jean de Gradowski the watch has a long list of horological complications including a grande et petite sonnerie instantaneous perpetual link calendar and indications for both the Julian and Gregorian Calendars as well link as the moon phase and a chronograph capable of recording events up to 60 minutes.

The Cal 400 models have "5 Days" printed on the dial for link the 120-hour power reserve and the date display sits somewhat lower on link the dial than it does for the 733.
