And the answer is three "very goods." The blue of the dial and the tan of the strap match perfectly, and they both are appropriate with the color and simplicity of the white numerals. Since it says Oris link on the crown and on the dial I could have maybe gone without link the one on the buckle, but it's not a dealbreaker. I love the "V" link of off-white stitching at the end of the strap and the stag beetle, which is the logo of the company Cervo Volante, who sources the deer hides, embossed on its underside.

I tend to agree that it would link be pretty wild to see a Big Pilot with its Onion crown and what I have link to imagine would be a massive set of pushers. But stranger things have happened in the watch world. Nonetheless what we have today is a piece link that doesn't disrupt the basic design fundamentals of the Big Pilot while still managing to introduce a new complication into the mix.
