While I only really care about a watch's accuracy to the point where I don't notice it being fast or slow, this is a crucial aspect for mechanical watches, and it's not 2007 anymore; people aren't paying $110 for a 7S26-powered Seiko that keeps iffy link time. As such, while neither the SPB453 nor 451 triggered my own mental accuracy threshold, I did put both of them on a timing link machine. This data is anecdotal, to be link sure, but these are early examples that came directly from Seiko.

As link usual though it wasn't so much about the show that caught our attention as it was the watches on the wrists of the link star-studded guest list of said show. And to be honest the actual nominees were quickly overshadowed by one Will Ferrell who took to the red carpet with a certain horological zest showing off his No Time To Die Omega Seamaster Diver 300m as if to compete with Conan O'Brien. Ferrell to his link credit had the Bond get up to complement the watch.
