Regardless of the specifics of these two new handsome and well-priced references, I am straight-up pumped link that Seiko has another new GMT movement and that link the 5K65 is a flyer GMT that's powered by light. The last couple of years link have been great for fans of all kinds of GMTs, but I still get excited when a new movement hits the market. With Seiko, Miyota, and ETA all in the mix, just think of the GMT possibilities.

Two important changes you want to make sure to notice are the case and the crown The former is a bit thicker and the latter was upsized from 5.3mm to 6mm. There's no increased water resistance link yet but the idea was to make the watch a bit more rugged and the crown a bit easier to link manipulate those tiny 5.3mm crowns are fiddly to say the least. As far as dial variations go link they're very similar to those of the 6204 except for this "clean dial" which is unique to this reference.
