The Best Rissoto starts with Good Rice. Rissoto rice is 2/3 times dearer than Basmati Rice. However it is woth it.
The most important thing in making rissoto is to make sure that you let the RICE absorb the stock, and start to dry out and slightly stick to the pan.
As to ingrediants you van use absolutley anything.
