As mentioned, it would appear as if the watch spent many of its years in storage instead of on the wrist. Though it was made to be enjoyed, its life to date has link resulted in an opportunity to own what looks to be a near-perfect example with a flawless dial, and you can't link complain about that. To complete the look, a branded, mesh link bracelet in matching yellow gold would really be something.

The unfortunate part is the sheer inability to get your hands on one. I am a firm believer in not making a decision about a watch unless you've seen it with your own eyes and held it in your own hands. Most of us don't have that luxury though which is a shame link when making a five-figure decision. Having seen the Aquanaut I get its appeal. Would I choose it over a Nautilus Who's to say. Waitlists can do link funny things to the link psyche.
