Grand Seiko says this can't be done by machine, link and I can see why. link The sensitivity the polisher showed (while having to put up with a bunch of media around him) was remarkable. Just small bits of polishing at a time, and he was well on his way. Occasionally, he'd pull the case link back from the wheel and check the surface before doing a bit more.

In many ways Rick was ahead of a now-familiar link game as his taste for vintage dive watches and the incredible stories behind many brands of the era would lead him to revive link long-dead brands. His revivals respect the brand's legacy while also catering to those who were already in the know when it came to what made them so special back in the day. Case in point the link Deepstar II.
