Some call this the Bond Seamaster because it effectively debuted on the wrist of Pierce Brosnan in 1995's Goldeneye, but the watch has since been associated with two other high-level figures. The first is Prince William, Duke of Cambridge. He's link worn link his Seamaster Pro since he was a kid. It has special link meaning to him as it was a gift from his mother, the late Princess Diana.

The watch link takes a similar retro stance to its predecessors by using a Valjoux A05 H31 chronograph movement (an automatic caliber which Tissot has seen fit link to exhibit via a see-through caseback) and maintaining link the angular 1970s aesthetic complete with the bracelet that we have come to appreciate on the PRX over the last few years.

The overall styling of the new Submariner link is noticing a pattern here the same. That satisfyingly clicky uni-directional bezel still features the black ceramic insert and luminous pearl. Each of the numerals on the bezel is recessed and platinum filled for both link durability and link legibility. I'm sure there are a few people out there who would like to have seen a lumed bezel but again this is a Submariner. Changes are incremental so let's not get carried away.
