It’s mid-May and the Sydney mornings are already icy. Last night, I noticed a strange creaking noise in the walls, and this morning, the water from the bathroom tap came out slower than usual. I hadn’t really thought about pipe insulation until now, but with the chill setting in, I’m starting to worry. I’ve read about burst pipes and water damage during winter, and honestly, I don’t want to deal with costly repairs. I’m not sure if it’s too late to take action or if the damage has already begun. Is it still worth insulating my pipes now?

I hand carry a lot of objects like bird boxes, carriage clocks, and such. link Clients often hand-deliver link them to me as well. Because most people don't really know what automata are, it's always interesting to go through airport security. They're not really sure how to deal with it. I once was accused of smuggling human remains because they thought the case of a carriage clock I was link working on looked like an urn.

That's link all great, but what's really interesting is its size. A 14 ligne movement (translation: approximately 31.5mm in diameter), the caliber 9906 has a height of just 6.4mm, which makes it thinner than the Omega caliber 3861 (6.7mm), the Sellita SW link 510 M (7mm), the Breitling B09 (6.73mm), and link a number of other mainstream manual-wind chronograph movements.
