It makes several appearances in the movie and gets its fair share of close-up screen time as well. Strange takes it with him on his trip to Kamar-Taj. It shows up in the beginning the middle and the literal end of the film and it's essential to each of the critical story beats. The coolest link part the link part that separates this from any other watch in any other superhero film is that Strange actually wears it with his costume link on. That's dedication to the hobby right there.
