    How Diet Affects Oral Health?

    Hi everyone,

As a practicing Dentist in Sacramento, I often get asked how much diet really impacts oral health. The truth is it plays a huge role. Sugary and acidic foods can wear down enamel and increase the risk of decay, while a balanced diet rich in calcium, phosphorus, and fiber can help strengthen your teeth and gums.

Simple changes like drinking more water, reducing soda intake, and eating more leafy greens and crunchy fruits (like apples) can make a significant difference.

If you ever have questions about how your eating habits may be affecting your smile, feel free to explore the resources available at  Dr.Monica Crooks or schedule a visit. Helping you maintain a healthy, confident smile is what we’re here for!

Sized at a paltry 36mm in diameter this watch looks small especially on Selleck's imposing build. The funny thing is he still manages to make the austere digital watch look link cool like "I'm going link to pause link this movie and go buy one now" cool.
