The Himalayan Yog Ashram center in Rishikesh, India, offers a 300-hour yoga teacher training after the 200-hour program, which lasts for 28 days and 27 nights. Following your 300-hour yoga TTC, you would have 500 total training hours.
In order to support our students' spiritual and personal growth, we at Himalayan Yog Ashram take care to integrate holistic yoga studies and spirituality into our lectures and practices. The core disciplines that are incorporated into the curriculum are pranayama, shat kriya, asana methods, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy, relaxation (Yoga Nidra), and meditation. Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga asanas are the specialties of our school.
