          I don't know where in the world you live, but a quick internet search came up with these answers for a good bread for diabetics: Sourdough, Ezekiel 4.9, Alvarado Street Bakery Low Glycemic Bread, Wonder Bread Light , and Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat.
