    WHY DO DOGS EAT GRASS ?

    Is it lacking something in its diet ? If so what? and what is the roll that the actual blades of grass do if anything ?

    Because they haven't learned how to cook yet. ;)
    I thought it was what barbarella said - it makes them throw up
    Grass is like a laxative and they eat it when they are constipated
    Dogs eat grass when the have upset tummies. I believe it may act as a medicine because it makes them throw up whatever is upsetting them and they seem to be o.k. after
