Wasn't there but someone I know was wounded and was charged 6k for the gear that was cut off him when he was wounded to the time he got out of the hospital in Germany. He said but they cut it off me when I was wounded and they said you are responsable for you gear. One of my kids was fined for turning in the wrong numbered gear because he and his buddys swaped for better fit. Seabees atleast have what they call early out, where you give two weeks notice and your out, so haliburton must be the new seabees.
