Love your answer montylfl, only problem is reading a compass. I had my platoon Commander set a compass march but set all back bearings. Luckily as Platoon Sergeant I picked up on it before the diggers set out. BACK TO THE question, I have had great success with Tom Tom both here in Australia and in the United Kingdom. Easy to use and read, voice direction all you need is there. I have a 4.3" but the 3" is a lower price and good as it was the 3" inch I had in the UK. hire car.
