The NE2 is just towards the primary line. This gives only the primary line an extra credit towards an upgrade on the specified upgrade date. This credit can range depending on the price plan from $50.00-$100.00. Just cause it shows this on ur plan should not have any impact towards starting another 22 month contract unless u upgraded ur phones at the time of changing the contract. If all u did was a price plan change then you should not have extended the contract.
