    Is it legal for a judget to order a divorced may to take out a new insurance policy and make the ex-wife primary beneficiary?

    That's weird for a judge to order such a thing...never heard of it..consult a lawyer, for sure. I suppose there might be a reason the judge did this...you would know that better than anyone else I should think
    Can be, but a good attorney should be able to appeal that decision, depending on why the judge ordered it in the first place.
