your not supposed to put oil or lotion in there. get some KY jelly or store brand personal lubricant. its not real expensive and the cashier wont look at you funny either.

Don't use cooking oil. Sometimes, you may need hormone replacement depending on your age. Check with your gynecologist. Mine gave me Viagra.

Depending on your age loss of vaginal secretions happens due to lack of estrogen when a women is older or if they have a premature menopause and other conditions - hormone imbalance etc..There are also suppositories,( only given by a Doctor relating to hormones as lack of secretions can lead to other complains) for this which can be inserted really best to see your Doctor or visit the Family Planning Clinic. So interesting to hear the guys comments.
