There's a number of reasons a person may not answer their phones or respond to messages.

This person may have a very busy schedule so applies to messages during days off or during downtime.

If this individual does not respond to you within a reasonable amount of time ( especially if you've sent more than one message) then you should consider the possibility that this person does not want to be a client.

If this person wants to become a client of yours this person will contact YOU.

Don't be a pest. Be patient or start looking for another client.

....did he call you or did you call him/her first

....do you like to be contacted by others for business if you didn't initiate the call

....be patient
