I’m bipolar, I’ve medicated for 29 years and doing normal. If he’s medicated properly he can be drunk enough to have such grandiose ideas. Stay drunk and you can advertise yourself at will and make up excuses when you sober up. He’s a joke but not as popular  as trump so there aren’t any kayne jokes 

He probably believes that he could make America even greater! Yes, I have no doubt that some would vote for him.

Not enough. It's been "revealed" after his announcement that he's bi-polar, and that might have been instrumental. His "run" is over before it even "began"., whether or not it's even true.

His bipolar issue was reported more than a year ago and supposedly, according to him, he's medicated and fine. But then, lots of people think they're "fine" enough to be President, don't they? lol
