    Coffee!! Uggg we gave it up for Lent....  Black. Strong. Oh Lord just a few more days.  But then I think of why we did it and what he went through.. makes it easy..

    Terry, I wish Vegemite was more accessible around here, Bailey's allergy to peanuts so we haven't had any peanut butter in the house for years, and I did enjoy a nice thin layer of Vegemite. I'm a rookie and can't spread it on real thick but I did like it. Unusual because I grew up with out salt in our diet.

    Should you feel a bit queesy in the gut JD,,mix up a teespoon of vegemite in a glass of warm water and drink,,it does wonders..you should be able to buy Vegemite on line mate..>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

    I make tea like a chi...i boil cup of milk with  half cup water & add 2 or 3 teabags & some suger..after comming to a boil, i immediately simmer with a lid on for a about min. Or 2...its delicious this way. I learned it years ago while living in France with a Pakistani family.... .but then i get in the mood for coffee
