Why is New York City, with more than a hundred billionaires and an abundance of millionaires (more than 500,000), one of the dirtiest cities in the U.S.A.?

New York is overcrowded and compact.  I don't think New York has many alleys so the trash is piled on the streets.

Both Bennie it seems to be getting worse too.

Billionaires and millionaires don't ever have to think about things like "cleaning". They have those "little people" to do everything for them. I doubt that those in charge even notice dirt.
