In Aussie we call fuel PETROL and we call LPG,,GAS,,in USA you call Petrol Gas,,what do you call Gas?????...>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

We say, "I have to get gas". No explanation needed. We all know that that means I'm going to the gas station to put gas in my car.

Wouldn't know what an LPG car is....never heard of it and never heard of anyone talking about LPG cars. I just have a car that needs gasoline (referred to as gas) like everyone else.

Quacker,your gas BBQ runs on LPG and so do some cars.. gas was big when it came out in Aussie, but that was when it was about 50 cents to 60 cents a litre..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

I said, "fuel in general".
If someone mentions they are going to be fueling up their vehicle, this can mean, diesel, petrol, gas, unleaded, leaded,.etc.
