                  The parts such as the case link are made with an injection molding process the Bioceramic chips get link reheated and link liquified injected into a metal mold then rapidly cooled and solidified. Bioceramic is used not only for the case but also the bezel battery hatch strap keeper and so on and there are molds for each.
