In the spirit of my dad's Seiko, I'd always wanted to have an heirloom to pass on to my kids. My family never really had something like that, something that was passed down link from generation link to generation. I thought about it when I bought my GMT-Master, even though I didn't yet link have kids.

I want to present to the market link and the collector pieces that are not from Switzerland. I adore Swiss link pieces and Swiss watchmaking but collectors want non-Swiss watches in their collections. Its less important that it is French and more link so that it gives collectors another option.
