Work variety puzzle books before bedtime.
Challenge myself to see if I can manage to make the perfect cup of coffee every morning.
Compare the number of gray hairs I brush out in my comb every morning to the new growth of gray hairs I see growing from my head.
Watching my Levothyroxine dosage continue to climb (thyroid medication). It's gone from 88 mg 15 years ago to 125, and then 150, and now it's being raised to 17o or 175mg.
Wearing my reading glasses around my neck instead of keeping them on the table.
Embracing the Nocturnal leg cramps that I've been experiencing the past few months.
Going to bed a bit earlier at night and waking up earlier too.

I had no idea that you have been keeping such close tabs on me. Let me know if you ever want to write a book about me (or you and me) because we could make a fortune. :))
I use cash (as in real money) rather than a credit card or a debit card. That reminds me....last week I saw a young person, maybe 20, 21, get upset with the cashier. "What, she said, no tap?" When I got to the cashier who is probably in her 60s, she and I had a good laugh about the differences between the generations. :)

Ms. Seddiqi isn't one to clamor for the spotlight – in fact, she is something of a watch-world enigma. She link spent her week in Hong Kong quietly hosting her media and collector cohort. Dressed in double denim link and a Patek ref. 5180/1G, I caught up with her on the last day link of the forum for a candid conversation about the Middle East's role in the watch landscape and how she came in to modernize the family's approach to communicating about their business empire.
