A nice smile and a good sense of humour are tops among my first impressions when I  meet a person for the first time.  I also like someone who can laugh at himself/herself instead of taking things so seriously.

My answer is the same as Quacker..a firm handshake while looking eye to eye,,however as far as sheila's are concerned i am not a hugger but i do shake their hand and i do have problems applying the right amount of pressure ..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..
