West-bus is a Brit who in 1970 left the shores of England and opted to live in West Germany. After short periods in Berlin, Münster, and München he moved on and settled in Krefeld, a town with a population of 250,000 situated just 24 km from Düsseldorf.
And now, 49 years on, he is also a citizen of the Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Why? It’s this fiasco called Brexit.

Well, that's interesting. I know several people who are German and opted OUT OF Germany in order to live almost anywhere BUT Germany! What was the appeal for you may I ask?
