It's the "21 Club" in New York City, 21 W 52nd St. For the first time in my life, I walked down that street and then I figured it out. There's the "21" on the lamp post. I've lived in NYC all my life; now I feel as if I should have known. Ironically, my neighbor was a waiter there decades ago. It's locally famous. Those figures are of jockeys; there are 33 on the outside, and 2 on the inside. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/21_Club

I couldn't see it to well either, and I was right across the street. I had to get closer to get a better look.There might be other shots that are better on "bing", etc.

Now I don't have a complete understanding of the personal lives of my colleagues but I think it's fair for me to say that not one of us link is a competitive yachts-person and yet nearly every one of us was jazzed to handle the new 42mm Yacht-Master in yellow gold on link the Oysterflex bracelet. link Yellow gold has a tendency to do that.
